What does the money raised at the auction fund?
Proceeds from the auction support the religious education, church and school initiatives.
How many people are impacted by the auction?
St. John’s is proud to serve over 3,500 households in our area.
What is the price of admission to the auction?
Tickets are $100/person and include a cocktail hour and seated dinner. You can sponsor tickets for faculty and staff.
What do I wear to the Christmas Gala?

I am unable to attend, but want to support the auction event. Can I still participate?
Absolutely! You can make a cash donation directly to support the auction, bid remotely on items available on-line (information will be posted in the fall) or submit an absentee bid form to participate in the live auction.
What kind of donations are being requested?
In-kind, gift card(s), tickets, physical items and sponsorships are most intensely appreciated. Donations will be used in Live and Silent Auctions as well as in support of the evening’s enjoyment. Several levels of sponsorships are also available, please see the Sponsorships/Donations tab for more information.
What is the deadline for donations?
This year the donation form must be received by Friday, 30 September 2019. Physical donations must be in-hand at the church by Monday, 31 October 2019.

How will Donors be Represented at the Event/Promoted?
Auction donors receive exposure in the printed auction catalog, on the auction website and depending on what Sponsorship level is chosen, on banners, repeating slides shown all evening at the gala, links from the auction’s website to the sponsor’s website, and even in a thank you advertisement in the Severna Park and Pasadena Village Voice newspaper!
